Job Requirements
- be 18 years of age or older
- pass a background check
- have a reliable vehicle with insurance for daytime use
- possess necessary payroll documents
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- willingness to learn and adhere to company cleaning standards
- good communication skills
- have a positive and cooperative attitude

Job Duties
- professionally clean homes working in teams of two using company products, procedures, and equipment
- clean homes with a partner from Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- start each day at the local office, review schedule with the team, and travel to clients' homes
- follow the Detail-Clean Rotation System for thorough house cleaning
- ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers
- maintain a clean, organized work environment
- communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
