Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to pass a background check
- Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work
- A willingness to learn
- Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds)
- Driver’s license preferred
Job Qualifications

- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Prior housecleaning experience is beneficial but not required
- Possess a valid driver’s license is preferred
Job Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning of residential homes using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Work collaboratively with a cleaning partner to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning
- Travel to different homes daily providing consistent high-quality cleaning services
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in excellent condition
- Adhere to safety and environmental standards during all cleaning activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Participate actively in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
