Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to pass a background check
- possess a positive attitude and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and perform cleaning duties
- able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds
- driver’s license preferred
- reliable and insured vehicle preferred
- available to work weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform light lifting
- valid driver’s license preferred
Job Duties
- clean residential homes using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- provide consistent and thorough housekeeping services
- communicate professionally with customers and team members
- complete daily tasks within scheduled hours
- maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- adhere to safety and company policies
- manage travel between client locations efficiently
