This franchise location of The Cleaning Authority in Urbandale is currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Professional Housecleaners to join their team in either full-time or part-time roles. The positions offer a stable, long-term opportunity with competitive weekly pay ranging from $380 to $460 plus tips, with the potential for higher pay based on experience. Employees benefit from paid weekly wages and consistent day shifts running Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to pass a background check
- possess a positive attitude and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and perform cleaning duties
- able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds
- driver’s license preferred
- reliable and insured vehicle preferred
- available to work weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform light lifting
