Job Requirements

Be 18 years of age or older
pass a background check
have a great attitude and be a team player
take pride in your work
possess a willingness to learn
be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds)
driver's license preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to learn and follow detailed cleaning procedures
strong work ethic and positive attitude
experience in cleaning or customer service is a plus but not required
good physical stamina for standing and light lifting
team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Clean residential homes thoroughly using The Cleaning Authority's Detail-Clean Rotation System
perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning
follow safety and cleaning protocols
maintain positive communication with team members and management
complete training programs and apply learned techniques
deliver quality service that meets company standards
manage time efficiently on assigned cleaning schedules
