With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, WaterWalk Hospitality is committed to delivering superior service and comfort to every guest. One of its standout brands, WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham, revolutionizes the extended stay hotel segment by offering guests a unique choice between traditional extended stay suites and unfurnished suite options tailored for longer stays. This flexible accommodation model allows guests to experience the comforts of home while traveling for business or leisure, setting WaterWalk apart from typical extended stay offerings.
The company culture emphasizes collaboration, professional growth, and dedication to quality, making it an ideal workplace for individuals passionate about hospitality. Employees at WaterWalk Hospitality are supported with ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and career prospects. As the company continues to expand its footprint across multiple states, it seeks driven and diligent professionals who share its vision of exceptional guest satisfaction.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Hotel Housekeeper to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of our hotels. This position is essential to ensuring that every guest enjoys a pleasant and comfortable stay within a clean, sanitized, and welcoming environment. The Hotel Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and common areas meticulously, replenishing amenities, and upholding the highest standards of hygiene and tidiness as dictated by company policies and guest expectations. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to room and area maintenance are key to success in this role.
In addition to basic housekeeping tasks like making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms, the Hotel Housekeeper will also be tasked with monitoring room supplies such as towels, toiletries, coffee, and tea, ensuring that they are always ready and available for guests. Any maintenance concerns or damages observed during room cleaning must be promptly reported to facilitate swift repairs, thereby preserving the hotel's superior standards and guest satisfaction.
Maintaining common areas such as hallways, elevators, lobbies, and public restrooms is another critical aspect of the position, contributing to an inviting atmosphere for all guests. Effective linen and laundry management duties are also included, which involve collecting, sorting, and delivering linens to the laundry, and ensuring a continuous supply of clean materials.
The role requires someone who can interact positively with guests by responding promptly and courteously to their requests and inquiries, thereby enhancing the overall guest experience. Safety is paramount, so adherence to all safety and sanitation policies, proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, and proactive participation in team efforts and special cleaning projects are mandatory.
This full-time position typically involves weekend work, including Saturdays and Sundays, to meet the ongoing needs of hotel operations. WaterWalk Hospitality values hardworking individuals who are reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while contributing effectively to a team. This Hotel Housekeeper role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute meaningfully to an esteemed company known for its innovative approach to extended stay accommodations and exemplary service standards.
