Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
  • Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and be on call
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend trainings or meetings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in cleaning or janitorial services beneficial
  • Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
  • Ensure that all vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
  • Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties as requested by Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager
  • Report any hazardous or potentially dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor
  • Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when reorders are necessary
