Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in housekeeping or related cleaning role
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Ability to develop positive relationships with residents and peers
- Commitment to uphold core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
Job Qualifications
- Know proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, windows, patios, decks, common areas, pressure washing, and special projects as required
- Experience working in a team environment, ideally in a hospitality setting
- Experience in housekeeping
- Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and the community
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

- Make our community a beautiful place for our residents to live
- Clean apartments, patios/decks and common area spaces
- Ensure quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail are followed
