Currently, Crothall Healthcare is hiring full-time Housekeepers for the Harris Methodist Fort Worth location. This role operates on a schedule from 4:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with some variation in days worked. The position offers a fixed pay rate of $16.00 per hour and is ideal for candidates who may not have prior experience but are eager and willing to train. As a Housekeeper, you will play an essential role in maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the facility, which includes duties such as cleaning patient rooms, common areas, and other hospital environments. Attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and a strong work ethic are vital in this role.

The Housekeeper position involves light cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets and upholstery, dusting and polishing furniture, handling waste disposal, and replenishing linens and supplies. You will provide quality customer service by responding promptly to guest and staff requests, attending to spills or hazards, and ensuring all areas meet the facility’s hygiene and cleanliness standards.
