Job Description
Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is a leading operator of senior living communities across the United States, known for creating vibrant, resort-style environments that foster independence, health, and community among residents. As a fast-growing, family-owned company with over 60 communities nationwide, RLC emphasizes servant-hearted service and a close-knit culture grounded in core values including respect, honesty, kindness and compassion, and service excellence. The company is dedicated to achieving four key pillars of success: happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations. These pillars ensure that both residents and employees experience a supportive and fulfilling environment.
RLC is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Housekeeper to join their team and contribute to maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming living spaces for seniors. The role of Housekeeper at RLC goes well beyond typical cleaning duties—it's an opportunity to create meaningful connections with residents and foster a homelike atmosphere. This position involves regular cleaning of residents’ apartments, community areas, and special tasks such as deep cleaning vacancies and model suites. Housekeepers work closely with residents to accommodate personal preferences and ensure that all areas remain safe, tidy, and inviting.
Full-Time Housekeepers at RLC typically work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, supporting a healthy work-life balance. The company values employees who bring a servant’s heart, demonstrated professionalism, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of older adults. Candidates with prior experience in housekeeping in hospitality, commercial, or residential settings will find this role well aligned with their skills, although a caring attitude and ability to communicate basic English are essential.
The position comes with competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package designed for full-time employees. These benefits include an accessible pay system, a benefit stipend of $341 per pay period applicable toward health, dental, and vision insurance, various life and disability insurance options, flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), legal and identity theft protection, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Through this package, RLC demonstrates a strong commitment to employee health, security, and financial well-being.
Joining RLC as a Housekeeper means becoming part of a purpose-driven team where your daily efforts significantly enhance the quality of life for seniors. You will be supported by attentive leadership in a beautiful, resort-style setting that prioritizes respect and kindness. Candidates ready to clean with heart and deliver service excellence in a warm community-focused atmosphere are encouraged to apply. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to an environment that truly feels like family while supporting the happiness and comfort of those we serve.
