Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • Willingness to embrace company culture and hospitality standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Previous experience in senior living or hospitality settings is a plus

Job Duties

  • Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
  • Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas thoroughly
  • Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens
  • Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to appropriate personnel
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining housekeeping supplies and equipment
