Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Willingness to embrace company culture and hospitality standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Previous experience in senior living or hospitality settings is a plus
Job Duties
- Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
- Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas thoroughly
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly to appropriate personnel
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with setting up and maintaining housekeeping supplies and equipment
