We are currently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper who will play a vital role in maintaining the comfort and cleanliness of our residents' homes and community spaces. This is not just a cleaning job; it is an opportunity to build genuine connections with residents, guests, and fellow team members every day. As a housekeeper, you will be the friendly face welcoming new residents and learning their individual cleaning preferences to ensure their apartments are cared for according to their needs. The position requires a dedicated individual capable of performing a range of housekeeping tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, changing linens, emptying trash, and handling seasonal duties such as window and patio cleaning and HVAC filter changes. Deep cleaning and preparing apartments for new residents, as well as maintaining model apartments and guest suites, are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will ensure that common areas are clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.

Our Full-Time Housekeepers work Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and must be at least 18 years old. We prefer candidates with experience in housekeeping within hospitality, commercial, or residential settings and who can read, speak, and understand basic English. RLC provides a supportive leadership team and a purpose-driven role where you truly make a difference every day in a beautiful, resort-style environment. Our compensation ranges from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, coupled with competitive benefits designed to support your health and financial well-being.

  • Experience in housekeeping in a hospitality, commercial or residential setting preferred

Job Duties

  • Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences
  • Adjust apartment cleaning to meet individual needs and expectations
  • Clean residents' apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, changing linens, emptying trash, and seasonal tasks
  • Perform deep cleaning of apartments after residents move out and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
  • Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites including sanitizing, washing linens, restocking supplies, and checking HVAC areas
  • Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests
  • Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas with approved cleaning products and follow PPE safety guidelines
  • Wash, dry, and care for housekeeping linens in a timely manner
