We are currently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper who will play a vital role in maintaining the comfort and cleanliness of our residents' homes and community spaces. As a housekeeper, you will be the friendly face welcoming new residents and learning their individual cleaning preferences to ensure their apartments are cared for according to their needs. Your work contributes directly to the residents' satisfaction and quality of life, making your role a meaningful and rewarding one.

The position requires a dedicated individual capable of performing a range of housekeeping tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, changing linens, emptying trash, and handling seasonal duties such as window and patio cleaning and HVAC filter changes. Deep cleaning and preparing apartments for new residents, as well as maintaining model apartments and guest suites, are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will ensure that common areas are clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.

Our Full-Time Housekeepers work Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and must be at least 18 years old. We prefer candidates with experience in housekeeping within hospitality, commercial, or residential settings and who can read, speak, and understand basic English. RLC provides a supportive leadership team and a purpose-driven role where you truly make a difference every day in a beautiful, resort-style environment. Our compensation ranges from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, coupled with competitive benefits designed to support your health and financial well-being.
