Job Requirements
- Prior housekeeping experience required
- Ability to work full-time schedule including days and evenings
- Must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Basic understanding of cleaning protocols and safety standards
- Willingness to respond promptly to housekeeping needs
- Commitment to teamwork and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience
- Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment preferred
- Ability to perform light cleaning and maintenance duties
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including days and evenings
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks
Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service by delivering one-on-one attention to detail
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings
- Clean metal fixtures and fittings
- Empty and clean trash containers
- Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers
- Wipe down glass surfaces
- Make up beds and change linens as required
- Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
- Respond to guest queries and requests
- Respond to calls for housekeeping problems such as spills and broken glasses
- Contribute to team efforts and exhibit professionalism with customers and associates
- Perform other duties as assigned
