Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to contribute to a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Experience working in a team environment, ideally in a hospitality setting
- Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and the community
- Experience in housekeeping is preferred but training is available
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Job Duties
- You will share in making our community a beautiful place for residents to live
- You will clean resident apartments, patios/decks and common areas
- You will serve a senior population and ensure resort quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- You will live by our Core Values of Respect, Kindness & Compassion, Honesty, and Service Excellence
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of community spaces according to set standards
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service
- Report any maintenance or safety issues noticed during cleaning tasks
