Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Willingness to serve a senior population
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties

Job Qualifications

Know proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
Experience working in a team environment ideally in hospitality
Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and community
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience in housekeeping is best, but willing to train the right person

Job Duties

Make community a beautiful place for residents to live
Clean resident apartments, patios/decks and common areas
Serve a senior population and maintain resort quality standards of cleanliness
Pay attention to detail for each resident served
