Job Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience required
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to perform physical housekeeping duties
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of housekeeping experience
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English
- Must be able to speak and understand English to communicate with supervisors and residents
Job Duties
- Clean all bathrooms including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures in apartment and common areas
- Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors
- Spot clean walls and windows
- Dust furniture and empty trash cans
- Clean baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC vents
- Honor any additional housekeeping requests made by the residents during the allotted time
- Assist with picking up trash
- Assist with activity room set-ups, including movement of furniture
- Report any pertinent information to management related to the well-being of residents
- Perform any additional housekeeping tasks as necessary
