Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and the community
- Experience working in a team environment, ideally in hospitality
- Experience in housekeeping preferred but willing to train the right person

Job Duties
- Make our community a beautiful place for residents to live
- Clean resident apartments, patios or decks and common areas
- Serve a senior population ensuring resort quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
