- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- preferably one year experience in housekeeping field
- ability to work with minimal supervision
- may be required to work overtime and flexible hours
- must comply with OSHA safety regulations
- must be reliable and punctual
- able to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods

- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards
Job Duties
- complete daily housekeeping routines such as cleaning patient rooms, offices and public areas
- ensure a safe and risk preventative environment within OSHA regulations
- maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned areas
- dispose of waste properly and according to hospital guidelines
- report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
- adhere to infection control protocols
- assist with inventory and supply management for housekeeping materials
