Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and bending
Strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Willingness to follow health and safety protocols
Commitment to guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required
Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is beneficial
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus

Job Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards
Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries as needed
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine environment
Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner
