Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and bending

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus

Job Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and toiletries as needed
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine environment
  • Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner
