This is a full-time, year-round employment opportunity offering an excellent hourly wage ranging from $48 to $50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. The position entails a hands-on approach to cleaning, maintenance, and assisting with various household tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of other Housekeepers under the direction of a skilled Estate Manager to ensure the home is kept in pristine condition at all times. This role demands a strong eye for detail, the ability to anticipate the family’s needs, and the flexibility to adapt to various tasks that facilitate smooth household operations.

The Housekeeper will be responsible for a range of cleaning duties including daily upkeep, deep cleaning, and seasonal maintenance with special attention to fine surfaces and materials that require delicate handling. In addition, the role involves laundry and ironing services, as well as occasional assistance with meal preparation, setting tables, and cleaning up after meals in cooperation with the family’s chef. The Housekeeper must also be prepared to run household errands as needed to support the household’s functioning.

The family emphasizes a collaborative work environment where teamwork and communication are key. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills in English, with Tagalog language skills considered an advantage. Prior experience working in upscale residential settings or as yacht stewards is highly valued, as is experience in caregiving or as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
