Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged equivalent
- one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to work specified shifts including every other weekend and holidays
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- visual acuity adequate for job duties
- effective communication skills
- ability to hear and understand speech and other sounds

Job Duties
- maintains a clean/neat environment in working area
- cleans patient rooms, terminals, offices, nurse's stations, lounges, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen areas, elevators, and lobby areas
- participates in dusting, washing, drying, mopping, vacuuming, carpet extraction, furniture extraction, curtain replacement, furniture movement, trash receptacles and trash removal
- keeps assigned areas fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, linen, and other supplies
- maintains stock on cleaning, linen, and supply carts including wet and dry supplies
