We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our full-time team. This position offers a schedule consisting of morning and/or evening shifts including weekends and holidays, reflecting the club’s commitment to maintaining an impeccable environment for its members. The compensation for this role depends on experience, underscoring the importance of relevant expertise. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout all club operations. This includes offices, public spaces, restrooms, and all common areas within the clubhouse. Duties encompass both light and heavy cleaning tasks such as window washing, dusting, vacuuming, floor cleaning and polishing, furniture polishing, and trash removal.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and pristine atmosphere for the club’s members and guests, demonstrating a gracious and attentive approach to member needs. Communication with supervisors and management is essential to ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and member requests are fulfilled promptly. Safety is a key priority, and the Housekeeper will incorporate safe working practices into all job activities. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to bend, move, and stand for extended periods, as well as multitasking and working independently with a positive, upbeat attitude.

Job Duties
- perform light and heavy cleaning including window washing furniture polishing dusting vacuuming sweeping floor cleaning and polishing empty trash cans
- identify when supplies are needed and report to supervisor
- incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- perform other duties as required
- graciously tend to the needs of members and guests
- address members needs and requests immediately
- communicate with Manager to ensure all guest/member requests are fulfilled
- availability to work weekends and holidays
