Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cleaning experience
Customer service experience
Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Physical capability to perform housekeeping tasks
Positive attitude and service-minded approach

Job Qualifications

Previous cleaning experience preferably in hotel housekeeping
At least six months of customer service experience
Previous laundry or housekeeping experience
Flexible schedule availability including weekdays, weekends and holidays
Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of guest service
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely

Job Duties

Interact friendly with guests to enhance their stay
Clean guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming
Change and replenish bed linens, towels, guest supplies, and amenities
Stock, organize and transport housekeeping supply carts across the hotel
Wear comfortable Team Member apparel designed for the role
Enjoy complimentary shift meals in dedicated employee areas
Contribute to the mission of providing warm and exceptional hospitality
