Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • ability to follow instructions independently
  • strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, employees, and owners

  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
  • maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
  • clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
  • make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
  • maintain positive customer and associate relationships
  • respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
