Job Requirements

Prior experience in housekeeping hospitality hotel operations or property management preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Ability to work efficiently and manage time in a fast-paced environment with multiple properties or rooms
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability
Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs bend reach and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties when required
Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends holidays and peak tourism periods
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with operations maintenance and guest experience teams
Basic comfort using mobile apps or messaging platforms for schedules task lists and communication
Ability to identify and report maintenance issues or property concerns proactively
Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude when interacting with visitors or residents
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy while working in occupied properties

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare properties for guest arrivals by cleaning and organizing living spaces kitchens bathrooms and bedrooms
Restock linens guest amenities and supplies to maintain property standards
Inspect rooms for cleanliness damages or maintenance needs and report issues promptly
Ensure each property meets Brightwild quality and presentation standards before guest check-in
Maintain organized supply areas storage rooms and housekeeping equipment
Support laundry operations when needed washing drying folding organizing linens
Assist with guest requests in a professional and timely manner
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while performing daily duties
Work collaboratively with operations maintenance and guest experience teams
