Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in housekeeping hospitality hotel operations or property management preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time in a fast-paced environment with multiple properties or rooms
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability
  • Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs bend reach and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties when required
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends holidays and peak tourism periods
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with operations maintenance and guest experience teams
  • Basic comfort using mobile apps or messaging platforms for schedules task lists and communication
  • Ability to identify and report maintenance issues or property concerns proactively
  • Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude when interacting with visitors or residents
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy while working in occupied properties

Job Duties

  • Prepare properties for guest arrivals by cleaning and organizing living spaces kitchens bathrooms and bedrooms
  • Restock linens guest amenities and supplies to maintain property standards
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness damages or maintenance needs and report issues promptly
  • Ensure each property meets Brightwild quality and presentation standards before guest check-in
  • Maintain organized supply areas storage rooms and housekeeping equipment
  • Support laundry operations when needed washing drying folding organizing linens
  • Assist with guest requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while performing daily duties
  • Work collaboratively with operations maintenance and guest experience teams
