Job Requirements
- Prior experience in housekeeping hospitality hotel operations or property management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time in a fast-paced environment with multiple properties or rooms
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability
- Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs bend reach and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties when required
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends holidays and peak tourism periods
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with operations maintenance and guest experience teams
- Basic comfort using mobile apps or messaging platforms for schedules task lists and communication
- Ability to identify and report maintenance issues or property concerns proactively
- Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude when interacting with visitors or residents
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy while working in occupied properties

Job Duties
- Prepare properties for guest arrivals by cleaning and organizing living spaces kitchens bathrooms and bedrooms
- Restock linens guest amenities and supplies to maintain property standards
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness damages or maintenance needs and report issues promptly
- Ensure each property meets Brightwild quality and presentation standards before guest check-in
- Maintain organized supply areas storage rooms and housekeeping equipment
- Support laundry operations when needed washing drying folding organizing linens
- Assist with guest requests in a professional and timely manner
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while performing daily duties
- Work collaboratively with operations maintenance and guest experience teams
