Detailed responsibilities include sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, washing, drying, and folding laundry, managing housekeeping supplies, and ensuring all assigned areas within the campground are maintained to high cleanliness standards. Additionally, the Housekeeper must adhere to all health and safety regulations, use appropriate chemical solutions safely, and operate with necessary protective equipment. Daily tasks involve signing in and out master room keys and reporting room conditions and statuses to supervisors.

Working in both indoor and outdoor environments, this role demands physical stamina and the ability to handle varying weather conditions. Candidates should be comfortable lifting and carrying weights up to 25 pounds occasionally and performing repetitive motions such as bending, kneeling, and walking. Noise levels may vary throughout the shift, and use of personal protective equipment is required where necessary. The position may also require driving duties, necessitating a valid driver's license and good vision.

Job Duties

  • Clean and style accommodation rooms and public areas efficiently to brand expectations with attention to detail and within time standards
  • Refresh and replenish guest rooms with amenities supplies lines and applicable collateral to ensure all items are available for guest use
  • Complete requests in a timely manner and in order of priority
  • Take ownership to resolve guest challenges working collaboratively with the guest services team and property leadership
  • Complete appropriate forms and turn in any items left by guest to the housekeeping supervisor
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
  • Wash dry and fold laundry as required
