Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work Sunday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- reliable and punctual
- ability to pass background check
- willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- knowledge of health and safety practices
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- clean resident rooms and common areas to maintain hygiene and safety
- sanitize surfaces to prevent infection and illness
- manage cleaning supplies and ensure proper usage
- report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- follow health and safety protocols and standards
- assist with inventory control of cleaning materials
- support teamwork by coordinating with other staff members
