Job Description

Focused Post Acute Care Partners (FPACP) is a dynamic company dedicated to excellence in the delivery of long-term care services to patients every day. As a leading provider in the post-acute care industry, FPACP upholds a strong commitment to quality, compassion, and comprehensive care. The company fosters a supportive and engaging work environment, emphasizing recognition and rewards for outstanding performance through their unique ROCKIN recognition program called ROCKStar (Recognizing Outstanding Care and Kindness). This program encourages team members, residents, family members, volunteers, and business partners to participate actively in a fun and competitive environment where team members can level up monthly and work toward attending the prestigious annual FPACP Gala. This culture of appreciation and respect for hard work creates a motivating workplace where employees feel valued and empowered to deliver exceptional care.

The current opportunity at FPACP is for the position of Housekeeper, a critical role within the organization that focuses on maintaining cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the facility to support the health and comfort of all residents and staff. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for performing scheduled housekeeping duties assigned by the housekeeping supervisor. Your tasks will include cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, dusting, washing windows, shampooing carpets, vacuuming, and arranging furniture. You will be entrusted with cleaning furniture, equipment, fixtures, and hardware to ensure a hygienic and pleasant environment for residents and visitors alike.

This position plays an essential role in supporting the smooth operations of the facility by ensuring all living quarters, common areas, and offices are clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities extend to sanitizing resident apartments and public spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, and hallways. Additionally, you will assist in cleaning and refurbishing vacated residences promptly to prepare them for new occupants. Linen care also falls under this role, where you will wash, dry, fold, and store linens and other laundry items for the community and residents, coordinating the delivery and return of these items efficiently.

The Housekeeper position requires physical stamina and safety awareness, as tasks may involve pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, and reaching. The role demands attention to detail, the ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals, and adaptability to handle exposure to dust, chemical fumes, and pet dander. This non-exempt position includes a work schedule that varies and may include weekends, evenings, and holidays, emphasizing flexibility and commitment.

FPACP offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being of its employees. Benefits include six paid holidays, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, health, vision, and dental plans, generous paid time off, and access to DailyPay for flexible earning options. FPACP fosters an inclusive workplace, promoting equal opportunity employment for all qualified candidates.
