Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year cleaning experience
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to push a loaded housekeeping cart
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, and tuck bedding

Job Duties

  • Clean and restock bathrooms with toiletries and freshly folded towels
  • Sweeping, mopping floors, and emptying trash
  • Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival within industry standard times
  • Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
  • Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
  • Report any damages or repairs needed to management
  • Report all lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper
  • Place and neatly tuck clean sheets and blankets on beds and replace pillowcases
  • Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
