Job Description

Warm Beach Camp and Conference Center is a well-established Christian camp and conference center dedicated to providing Christ-centered environments, experiences, and resources that draw people to God through camping ministries, conferences, and events. As a nonprofit ministry, the organization prides itself on fostering a spiritually uplifting atmosphere where guests can find peace, community, and purpose. Warm Beach Camp combines natural beauty with a peaceful setting to create an ideal retreat for individuals and groups seeking refreshment for both the body and spirit. The camp emphasizes Christian values in all its activities and operations, nurturing a place where guests feel welcomed, cared for, and able to connect deeply with their faith and others around them.

Joining Warm Beach Camp’s Hospitality Team means becoming a vital part of a community that goes beyond just a job. Team members contribute directly to shaping memorable and welcoming experiences for guests by supporting multiple facets of the camp’s operations. The current opening is perfect for individuals passionate about service and hospitality who want to engage in meaningful work with a Christian mission. The role involves actively participating in both Accommodations/Housekeeping and Food Service teams, ensuring guest areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting, while also assisting in the preparation and service of delicious meals.

This position is hourly, starting at $17.00 per hour with opportunities to advance in both responsibility and pay, potentially reaching up to $19.00 per hour. The expected hours range from 5 to 20 per week, largely focused on weekends from Friday through Sunday, but with some shifts available during mid-week and early mornings based on individual availability. The role is open to candidates aged 16 or older, welcoming younger applicants eager to serve in a nurturing, purposeful environment.

The essential responsibilities include thorough cleaning and upkeep of sleeping rooms, meeting rooms, restrooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, and public spaces. Team members will also assist in setting up furniture for gatherings and events. On the food service side, the work entails safe food handling, setting tables, buffet lines, and drink stations, restocking supplies, and maintaining clean dining and kitchen areas. The role further extends to preparing and supporting events such as banquets, snack and catering requests, and outcamp activities.

Warm Beach Camp not only offers a competitive wage but also the unique benefit of working within a Christian community focused on eternal purpose and spiritual growth. Team members enjoy a friendly work environment and an opportunity to experience ministry firsthand, as well as explore various career fields within the organization. This position is perfect for individuals seeking more than just employment—a chance to impact lives through dedicated service in a faith-based setting and to build connections within an uplifting community dedicated to Christ-like hospitality.
