Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred, especially in healthcare
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of equipment
- ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- positive attitude and commitment to resident satisfaction
Job Duties
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas according to schedule and procedures
- dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces as assigned
- collect and launder linens, towels, and residents' personal clothing
- fold, sort, and distribute clean laundry to proper locations
- label resident cloths as applicable
- operate laundry and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- follow proper infection control and isolation cleaning procedures
