Housekeeper and Companion Caregiver

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Housekeeper and Companion Caregivers. This position is ideally suited for compassionate, motivated, and independent caregivers who possess a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors. Although a CNA certificate is not mandatory, we require that candidates possess at least one year of caregiving experience and the ability to support all aspects of client care. The role involves providing attentive companionship, light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and assisting clients with personal care tasks such as dressing, bathing, toileting, grooming, and mobility support using mechanical lifts like the Hoyer or stand-aid when necessary. We provide hands-on training to ensure all caregivers are confident and well-prepared to meet the needs of their clients.

This is a versatile position offering full-time, part-time, and PRN work options with varied shifts including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, allowing caregivers to find a schedule that fits their lifestyle perfectly. Our flexible scheduling is designed to accommodate the diverse needs of our caregivers while maintaining a high standard of client care. The Sioux Falls office coordinates services for a wide regional area, enabling caregivers to work in their local communities and build meaningful relationships with clients they serve.
