Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects
- Adherence to infection control protocols
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping common areas, resident rooms, and other designated spaces
- Ensure that all surfaces are disinfected and free from germs and bacteria
- Change bed linens and towels as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as necessary
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures at all times
