Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping experience recommended
- ability to lift and carry items up to 45 lbs independently and heavier items with assistance
- ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods
- familiarity with cleaning tools and agents
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- physical stamina for demanding work
- commitment to safe work practices

- knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- experience with inventory management
- ability to identify maintenance issues

Job Duties
- Work independently managing assigned rooms
- inventory and restock supplies and amenities
- clean various types of furniture and furnishings using proper techniques
- use common cleaning tools and industrial equipment such as vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaners
- identify and call in maintenance repairs
- alert management to guest treatment issues
- make decisions regarding damaged property and supplies
