The available Housekeeper position at The Fremont Senior Living is a part-time role with a competitive starting wage of $16.00 per hour. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess at least eighth-grade level English proficiency
  • Demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude
  • Present professional appearance and conduct
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop throughout shift
  • Capability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
  • Pass physical health screening with no tuberculosis
  • Obtain criminal clearance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth-grade proficiency or higher
  • Positive and energetic attitude toward residents
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Physical capability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Criminal background clearance
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts including weekends

Job Duties

  • Provide housekeeping services to resident rooms to ensure cleanliness and comfort
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in communal areas including lobbies and employee break rooms
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly used and stored
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Engage with residents professionally and courteously
  • Handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and pushing cleaning carts
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
