The Housekeeper position is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facility. Under the supervision of the housekeeping supervisor, the housekeeper is responsible for performing a wide range of housekeeping tasks that include cleaning, sanitizing, and servicing various building areas. Attention to detail and diligence are critical attributes for this role, as the housekeeper helps to preserve the facility’s appearance and sanitary condition. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • clean and sanitize building areas including rooms, hallways, and restrooms
  • perform routine housekeeping tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
  • restock supplies such as towels, soap, and toiletries
  • report maintenance issues to the supervisor
  • maintain cleanliness of assigned areas according to set standards
  • assist in creating a positive environment for residents
  • follow safety and sanitation protocols
