Located in Springfield, MO, this part-time position offers a competitive starting wage of $16.00 per hour with a consistent shift schedule from Tuesday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Job Requirements

  • Be at least eighteen years of age
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum 8th grade proficiency
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude
  • Be professional in appearance and conduct
  • Be physically active with the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
  • Frequently lift or move items up to 25 pounds and push or pull a wheeled housekeeping cart
  • Be in good health verified by a recent health screening
  • Test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening
  • Be criminally cleared

Job Duties

  • Provide housekeeping services to maintain cleanliness and comfort in residents' rooms

  • Handle the setup and organization of housekeeping supplies and equipment
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
  • Communicate effectively with residents and team members
  • Assist with moving and lifting items up to 25 pounds
  • Maintain a positive and professional appearance and demeanor
