Job Duties
- Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- sweep, mop, and maintain floors
- dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- sanitize resident rooms and bathrooms
- empty trash and replenish supplies
- perform deep cleaning and room preparation for new residents
- report maintenance needs and supply shortages
- maintain housekeeping equipment and follow cleaning schedules
