BH Management Services is currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Housekeeper to join their team. The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appeal of the community’s common areas, significantly contributing to a welcoming and positive first impression for all residents and visitors. This role is crucial in ensuring that all shared spaces—including common/amenity areas, the office, clubhouse, models, and laundry rooms—are clean, orderly, and well-maintained. A Housekeeper at BH Management collaborates closely with the Maintenance team by reviewing daily work order statuses and prioritizing tasks to maintain efficiency throughout the property. Additionally, the role involves assisting in monitoring the exterior physical conditions of the property to help maintain the community’s overall appearance and safety standards.

The position typically follows a Monday through Friday schedule with rotating weekends, providing some flexibility to meet the business needs of the property. BH Management values employees with a positive, team-oriented attitude who are capable of working effectively with a diverse group of people and customers. Candidates with prior knowledge or experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or general maintenance are especially encouraged to apply, as this background supports success in the role.
