The role available is for an on-site maintenance and housekeeping staff member responsible for keeping the facility in excellent condition. The position involves a variety of cleaning and minor maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, waxing, vacuuming floors, and cleaning restrooms and common areas. In addition, the role includes ensuring safety during weather-related conditions by keeping walkways and entrances clear and responding promptly and compassionately to any resident emergencies. A key part of the job is performing routine property checks to maintain building security and reporting any system issues or unsafe conditions immediately.

Scheduled shifts for this position include late night, evening, and morning hours throughout the week, emphasizing the need for reliability and flexibility. Salary ranges from $16.16 to $24.99 per hour, reflecting the position’s skill, responsibility level, and company standards.
