The position of Housekeeper at Ivy Hospitality plays a vital role in upholding the cleanliness, comfort, and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. Reporting to the Housekeeping Leadership Team, Assistant General Manager, and General Manager, the housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a consistently pleasant environment for guests. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently using the proper cleaning equipment and chemicals. The housekeeper also supports the hotel’s carpet care program by spotting carpets during room cleaning and helps maintain housekeeping carts and linen storage rooms. The position demands flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. While no prior experience is required, hospitality experience is considered a plus. The housekeeper must adhere to company policies on safety, security, and emergency procedures, and maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance that aligns with company standards. This position offers a pay range based on experience and qualifications and provides full benefits after the initial 30-day period of employment.
