As a Housekeeper at Mera City Center, a prestigious Active Adult community operated by Sparrow, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for community members. This full-time role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the property. Your work will directly impact the daily lives of residents aged 55 and above, supporting an environment where they can enjoy comfort, security, and a true sense of home. This position involves routine cleaning duties, managing inventory, assisting with make-ready processes for vacant units, and fostering positive relationships with the community to encourage satisfaction and retention.
