As a Housekeeper at The Cove on Ormond Beach, you will be an essential contributor to creating memorable vacation experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to perform the daily cleaning and preparation of assigned guest rooms to ensure they meet the resort's high standards. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy making guests feel welcome, and thrive in team-oriented environments. Working as a Housekeeper, you will engage with team members, dispatch, and guests professionally and courteously to ensure complete guest satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining housekeeping equipment and supplies, identifying any room damages or disturbances, and handling guest requests and complaints with patience and professionalism.

The resort offers an attractive compensation package that includes paid training, and adaptable shift schedules ranging from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, including weekends and holidays.   • Friendly and effective communication with dispatch, team members, and guests to ensure the happiness of our guests and owners
  • prepare all rooms for guests according to standards
  • notify superiors of any damage, deficits, and disturbances
