Job Requirements
- Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or professional cleaning experience preferred
- Strong guest focus and customer service skills
- Reliability and attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness
- Motivation and initiative
- Successful completion of housekeeping training
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or professional cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong guest focus and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain premium cleanliness and sanitation standards with attention to detail
- Motivation and initiative to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Successful completion of housekeeping training with certification
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Deliver the highest quality of hotel housekeeping service to guests by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations in guest rooms and suites
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium hotel standards, ensuring all surfaces and amenities are spotless
- Strip dirty linens and trash, make beds, dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and restock guest room supplies and amenities
- Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart to maintain efficient workflow
- Self-inspect completed guest rooms and submit accurate room status reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Practice safety standards at all times to maintain a safe environment for guests and associates
- Perform other duties as assigned
