This full-time seasonal Housekeeping position is non-management and offers an hourly wage of $31.17. The role goes beyond merely maintaining clean rooms and freshly made beds; it focuses on creating unique and memorable experiences for guests through meticulous attention to the hotel’s cleanliness and ambience. Housekeeping Experts, or Guest Environment Experts as Marriott refers to them, are vital to maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the entire hotel property, including guest rooms and common areas. They are empowered to proactively respond to guest requests, restock cleaning carts, and perform a wide variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks. This dynamic role requires the ability to move about frequently, performing physical activities such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and positioning objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
