We are currently seeking dedicated Housekeepers to join our cleaning team. This role is vital to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming environment that our residents, staff, and visitors expect and appreciate. As a Housekeeper at Lorien Taneytown, you will be responsible for ensuring that our community spaces are spotless and hygienic, contributing significantly to the overall health and comfort of the environment.

The position offers hourly compensation of $15.00 to $15.50 depending on experience, with the added benefit of same-day pay. Full-time employees will enjoy a robust benefits package including paid time off with 80 hours of vacation and 40 hours of sick time that rolls over, personal days, seven paid major holidays with double-time pay when worked, CareFirst medical insurance, tuition assistance, an HRA fund, employee assistance programs, and flexible spending accounts. The Housekeeper role involves sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; dusting, polishing, and cleaning furniture and fixtures; handling laundry and linen tasks; timely collection and disposal of trash; refilling supplies in common areas, restrooms, and resident rooms; and strictly following safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols. This position requires care and attention to detail, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and safe environment.

Working hours are full-time, with a schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, including every-other weekend availability on Saturdays and Sundays. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify.
