This opportunity at SpringHill by Marriott in Lehi is for a passionate and warm individual to join their hospitality family as a Housekeeper. This role is crucial in ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are maintained with high standards of cleanliness and readiness according to brand specifications. The Housekeeper position involves a variety of tasks, including cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms, replenishing linens and amenities, and maintaining public areas such as hallways and lobbies. The ideal candidate will embody the values of grit, teamwork, and integrity, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

As a Housekeeper at SpringHill, you will follow established processes to prepare and maintain rooms for guest stays, ensuring each area meets Marriott brand standards. Attention to detail is critical as you sanitize surfaces, restock guest supplies, and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors. The role demands physical stamina, as it requires lifting, standing, bending, and kneeling in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly. You will work closely with your team, attending pre-shift meetings and supporting deep cleaning projects or turndown services when assigned.

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms and bathrooms: make beds, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and restock supplies
  • replenish linens, amenities, and guest essentials
  • clean assigned public areas (e.g., hallways, lobbies, restrooms, meeting rooms)
  • stock housekeeping cart with approved cleaning products, linens, and guest supplies
  • report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damaged items to the supervisor promptly
  • log and turn in lost and found items following hotel policy
  • follow safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines
