The Housekeeper role is an essential part of the resort’s operations, focusing on maintaining pristine accommodations and ensuring guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail and exceptional service. This role calls for individuals with prior hotel housekeeping experience, capable of working full shifts with flexible availability, and physically able to perform essential duties safely. Job Requirements
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to bend, stoop, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work a full 8-hour shift walking/standing with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong customer service orientation
- Dependable and honest work ethic

Job Duties
- Prepare all assigned units for guest arrival
- Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner
- Report any maintenance problems
- Maintain cleanliness of carts and ensure supplies and equipment are in a neat and orderly appearance
- Assist management in maintaining inventory of linen and supplies
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by housekeeping management
