Job Requirements

  • Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant or professional cleaning experience preferred but not required
  • Strong guest focus and customer service skills
  • Reliability, dependability, and attention to detail
  • Motivation and initiative
  • Successful completion of housekeeping training with certification
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends and holidays as required

Job Qualifications

  • Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant, or professional cleaning experience preferred one year preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Deliver the highest quality of hotel housekeeping service to guests by anticipating needs and consistently exceeding expectations in every guest room and suite
  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium hotel standards ensuring every surface, fixture, and amenity is spotless and guest-ready
  • Strip dirty linens and trash, make beds, dust all surfaces, vacuum carpets, and restock guest room supplies and amenities
  • Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart to maintain an efficient and professional room attendant workflow
  • Self-inspect completed guest rooms and submit accurate room status reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor upon completion
  • Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe hotel environment for guests and associates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
