Job Requirements
- Prior hotel housekeeping, room attendant or professional cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong guest focus and customer service skills
- Reliability, dependability, and attention to detail
- Motivation and initiative
- Successful completion of housekeeping training with certification
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends and holidays as required
Job Qualifications

- Successful completion of housekeeping training with certification sign-off
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Deliver the highest quality of hotel housekeeping service to guests by anticipating needs and consistently exceeding expectations in every guest room and suite
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to premium hotel standards ensuring every surface, fixture, and amenity is spotless and guest-ready
- Strip dirty linens and trash, make beds, dust all surfaces, vacuum carpets, and restock guest room supplies and amenities
- Clean, organize, and restock the housekeeping cart to maintain an efficient and professional room attendant workflow
- Self-inspect completed guest rooms and submit accurate room status reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor upon completion
- Practice safety standards at all times and help maintain a safe hotel environment for guests and associates
- Perform other duties as assigned
