Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping experience in a hotel setting is an asset
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- excellent attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- basic knowledge of housekeeping equipment and supplies
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned rooms daily, ensuring brand standards are met
- restock rooms with necessary amenities and supplies
- report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- ensure guest privacy and maintain a high level of discretion
- follow health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage rooms and closets
- assist guests with basic inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- adhere to the Local 1 Unite Here Collective Bargaining Agreement for room cleaning standards
- attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on hotel procedures
