The Guest Environment Expert role at JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa is a pivotal position within the Housekeeping department, involving comprehensive housekeeping functions aimed at maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of the entire hotel property. This is a full-time, non-management position focused on delivering exceptional guest service by ensuring that guest rooms, public spaces, and other areas of the resort meet the highest standards of cleanliness and upkeep. Employees in this role are entrusted with the responsibility to independently identify and perform necessary tasks, such as cleaning rooms, stocking carts, responding to guest requests, and maintaining public areas. The position requires physical stamina and mobility, as it involves prolonged standing, sitting, and walking, as well as lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to company policies, high quality standards, and professionalism in appearance and communication.
